The Doctors Memorial Hospital Auxiliary supports the hospital in achieving its mission and providing services to patients. It is a group of dedicated volunteers who perform a variety of services including fundraising projects and special treats for patients on holidays.
The DMH Auxiliary coordinates most volunteer services in the hospital. The DMH Auxiliary seeks caring individuals to volunteer in various departments throughout the hospital, or to work on special projects to raise funds for new equipment and facilities. Each Auxilian is asked to volunteer a minimum of four hours a month in a chosen area of work. Auxilians meet new and interesting people and take satisfaction in helping patients and their families.
