As an affiliate of Doctors Memorial Hospital, we are a provider for most insurances, including managed care plans, private insurances, Medicare & Medicaid. We file the claim for you. We will also be happy to help make transportation arrangements within the tri-county area. We are located approximately 1 mile from Doctors Memorial Hospital for outpatient services, and provide inpatient therapy within the hospital as ordered by the physician.
