Patient Relations
Your healing, comfort, and well-being are our primary concerns. If at any time you have questions, concerns or a complaint about the level of care or service provided, we encourage you to promptly bring it to the attention of the patient representative or any member of the care team. The patient relations department is available by telephone or to meet with you to discuss and investigate any grievance you might have. These issues will be handled in a confidential manner. Patient Relations can be reached at (850) 547-8193, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm.
