Please bring the following when you visit our collection site:
Laboratory request from your doctor's office; your insurance cards
NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED EXCEPT FOR GLUCOSE TOLERANCE TESTS.
WHERE TO GO:
We have a handicap accessible laboratory patient service center
staffed with experienced hospital personnel who are licensed be the
State of Florida as well as The American Society of Clinical
Pathologists.

Center
Located at 2600 Hospital Drive at the corner of Thomas Drive and
Highway 79. Parking is available at
the front entrance.

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday
7:00 am - 19:00 pm
Special circumstances may be accommodated as needed.
Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Emergency Laboratory services are available 24 hours a day.
