On behalf of Doctors Memorial Hospital, Bonifay, Florida, welcome to our website. On April 1,2008 we opened the doors to our new facility located at 2600 Hospital Drive at the southeast corner of I-10 and Highway 79. Doctors Memorial Hospital strives each day to achieve our vision of being the preferred health care provider and employer of choice in the communities we serve, and to meet our mission of consistently providing safe, compassionate, and accessible health care.

Doctors Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access hospital. As part of the critical access program, the hospital has 9 acute care beds banked with the State of Florida for future expansion.  Doctors Memorial Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and is certified as both a Medicare and Medicaid provider.

Our hospital offers a wide range of both inpatient and outpatient services. As part of the new hospital  20 private patient rooms and 10 ER beds are now available. On an inpatient basis we provide acute, critical nursing care, as well as an extensive swing-bed rehabilitation program tailored to the needs and goals of each patient.  Outpatient services include a 24 hour Emergency Service Department, physical, aquatic, occupational, and speech therapies, laboratory and cardiopulmonary services, as well as radiology services including CT, mammography, ultra sound and MRI imaging capabilities.
