Our Mission: Doctors Memorial Hospital is a progressive, fully accredited, full service healthcare facility, offering compassionate, quality care in a family oriented environment to those in need throughout the Panhandle area centered in Holmes, Jackson, Washington and Walton counties. Doctors Memorial Hospital offers a variety of in-patient and out-patient services including: Medical/Surgical care, a comprehensive Swingbed Rehabilitation program, 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging services including CT scans, Mobile MRI and Ultrasound, Respiratory services, ICU, Physical, Speech and Occupational therapy, Laboratory services and Social services. Doctors Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access facility, which serves approximately 75,000 people in Holmes, Jackson, Washington and Walton counties located in the panhandle area of Florida. Doctors Memorial Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

PUBLIC NOTICE The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations may conduct an accreditation survey of Doctors Memorial Hospital at any time to evaluate the organization's compliance with nationally established JCAHO standards. Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent and valid information about quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which care is provided may request a public information interview with the Joint Commissions field representative at the time of the survey. Requests for a public information interview must be made in writing to the Joint Commission.
